Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

MY JOB

I have been involved in a wide range of project assisting roles including business analysis, delivery management, test management and training. I’m currently involve in the implementation of a Justice Case Management solution for the County Court Victoria and Case Management for Department of Education Tasmania.

  • Be an essential communication agent between DXC and the client. 
  • Gathering requirements across the project.
  • Building solutions within Dynamics 365.
  • Provide training, demonstrations and walk-throughs across different phases of the project.
  • Specialised in Customer Service applications.
  • Use of DevOps for project traceability and management.
  • Across end to end process of functional testing (Design, planning and execution).
  • Reporting testing execution outcomes in DevOps
