Nubco is a retail company operated in Tasmania that supplies builders, commercial tradespeople and the housing industry with steel, hardware, power tools, fasteners, hand tools, welding equipment and more. Operating in 7 stores statewide and with more than 50 employees Nubco focused on consumer and commercial customers.

MY ROLE

Marketing & Event Coordinator

MY JOB

  • Manage all the marketing strategies across 7 stores statewide. These include the monthly catalogue production, planning and execution of sales events and increasing online presence.
  • End to end production of the monthly catalogue production. Strategic selection of product mix, pricing suggestion, design of the layout and supervision of the production of the artwork
  • Coordinating advertising campaigns such as TV, Newspaper, Youtube and Facebook as well as the production of point of sale material and online marketing material.
  • Planning and execution of sales events
  • Coordinate the production of online assets such as banners, landing pages, EDM, Facebook posts and video production for Youtube advertising.

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Successfully manage and produce 4 monthly Catalogues.
  • Successfully managed and execute more than 4 sales events (Milwaukee and Dewalt).
  • Established a Marketing plan.
  • Established a Marketing Report.

  • Lead digital marketing strategies such as email marketing campaigns, promoting the YouTube channel producing educational videos, manage the outbound SMS system and improving the sales funnel process.
  • Focused on capturing new tradesmen throughout the website and trigger the sales process funnel to make them move forward and become a client.
  • Optimisation of the website including User Interface design and User Interface Experience (UI, UX).
  • Creation and optimisation of internal processes such as sales funnels and lead generation.
  • Lead of management systems such as CRM (Zoho), Projects (Zoho projects), Ticket System (Zoho desk), Events (Eventzilla, and Eventbrite).
  • Design of online branding and digital assets such as brochures, flyers and materials to promote events and training
