Manage, monitor and control the traceability of the construction of multiple online courses involved in a variety of industries such as art, music, cultural knowledge, finance, interior design, etc. I Successfully produced 15 online courses.
My main role in the team was to be an essential communication agent between the professor’s needs and the platform itself.
Key stages of the project
- Elaboration of the syllabus of the course
- Manage the production of the videos
- Identify marketing elements such as the pricing, the courses’ attributes, the points of difference, the target audience and the distribution channels in order to select winning products (courses).
- Advising the professors of the key elements to consider communicating a clear and concise message to the appropriate target audience
- Suggesting best practices to effectively promote the benefits and attributes of their online courses using the adequate channels.
