About the Project

  • Scope: PESRAC Functionality for the Department of Education (TAS).
  • Duration: Under construction

The project consisted of implementing a Customer Engagement System in order to add the PESRAC functionality within DoE current system.

We made use of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Application. It is a solution that offers multiple components to satisfy all aspects of a DoE PESRAC strategy.

The project consists of several components:

  • Creation of Vulnerability Indicators
  • Implementation of a Portal for external organisations and third parties
  • Implementation of a Case Management System to enable the traceability and management of cases

My Responsibilities

  • Build Vulnerability Indicators within the solution
  • Build business rules and flows that meet DoE’s requirement
  • Prepare reports in Power BI
