About the Project

The project consisted of implementing a Customer Engagement System in order to add the PESRAC functionality within DoE current system.
We made use of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Application. It is a solution that offers multiple components to satisfy all aspects of a DoE PESRAC strategy.
The project consists of several components:
- Creation of Vulnerability Indicators
- Implementation of a Portal for external organisations and third parties
- Implementation of a Case Management System to enable the traceability and management of cases
- Build Vulnerability Indicators within the solution
- Build business rules and flows that meet DoE’s requirement
- Prepare reports in Power BI
